Data Deletion Instructions

Codelini Rise Private Limited respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to delete data we hold about you, including data received through WhatsApp, on www.codelini.com or any of our Products.

Option 1: Request deletion by email

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Include the name, email address, or WhatsApp phone number you used with us, and the product(s) concerned.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, to protect your account.

Option 2: Request deletion on WhatsApp

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8762959500 from the number you used with us, with the text DELETE MY DATA. We will confirm the request in the same chat.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• We delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
• Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and purged within a further 30 days.
• We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, invoices for tax purposes), and only for as long as required.
